A combination of various methods: EMDR therapy, Ketamine-Assisted EMDR therapy, Psychedelic-Assisted therapy, Somatic Psychotherapy, meditation/mindfulness, sound healing, yoga therapy, and aromatherapy practices and also offer additional tools of journaling will be utilized for further integration.

Initial Consultation session for EMDR Therapy & EMDR Intensives: $375 (90 minutes)

Adjunct or Ongoing EMDR Therapy: $225/hour.

Intensive EMDR Therapy: $225-250 per hour depending on the package.

This 20-minute call allows us to understand how we can best support you and gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you have. This introductory call is not considered a therapy session, and a therapist-client relationship will only be established upon scheduling and attending the first therapy session.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy

KAP is a form of psychedelic assisted therapy using ketamine - a legal and safe psychedelic medicine. This treatment modality can be helpful for clients that are experiencing depression, anxiety, and symptoms related to trauma. At Head and Heart Collective, we offer psycholytic (low dose) and psychedelic sessions.

Ketamine helps create a sense of emotional safety, allowing clients to approach distressing memories with less fear and self judgment. We typically recommend at least 6 to 8 sessions to experience the most post-traumatic growth.

Initial Consultation session for KAP: $375 (90 minutes)

KAP Therapy: $250/75 minute session. $300/90 minute session.

KAP sessions are offered in person at our Plantation, FL office or virtually in the comfort of your own home.

Clients will be referred to a Ketamine Prescriber to further determine eligibility for this type of medicine.
